In fulfilling its mission to preserve local history, the Fayetteville-Lincoln County Museum relies upon the donations of the community. If you have items you wish to donate, please contact us through the link below.
Please do not drop items off at the museum. All donations must be approved by the museum board.
The museum receives no funding from local government, but instead relies on the generosity of visitors and community supporters. A donation jar is available during museum visits; however, if you wish to make additional monetary gifts, please contact us through the link below.
You may also mail donations to PO Box 54, Fayetteville, Tennessee 37334.
The museum hosts an annual fundraiser called “Pasta Premier” in the on-site auditorium. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Ticket holders may also visit the museum and stroll the exhibits during the “meet and greet” session before dinner.
The theme is Italian and along with Italian fare various wine varieties are provided. The evening includes a performance by talented local artists. A silent auction typically includes numerous attractive items for bid during the evening.
The event is traditionally held on the 2nd Thursday evening in August.
